Personal recount my holidays

Crash thump someone had crashed! It was a wagon. It was really smashed. There were 18 cars that started but at the end there were only 14 cars left. The people who were in the race were Mark, Paul, Foxy, Luke.

Morning Talk - My Pet

My dog is an 'old coot', well that's what my Dad says. He is 12 years old next month, that means he is 84 dog years. 

 He loves getting patted on his tummy. He does really smelly farts when he is asleep in his bed. 

 The thing he likes most in the whole world is food. He hangs around in the kitchen waiting for food and when no one is looking he eats the cat food.

He is a Jack Russell and his name is Ruger.

My Term 4 Goals

¨ To use full stops and capital letters every time I do my writing

¨ To slope and link correctly so I can start writing in pen

¨ To learn my 3, 4 and 6 times tables off by heart

¨ To include lots of detail and description in my personal recount writing

¨ To always treat the people in our class with respect and kindness

Chores writing

Chores

I would help Mum and Dad around the house. I would help Dad do his jobs that he needs help with. So if I help him we would be able to spend time with my family. When children do chores they are contributing to their family.

If you do chores you will get pocket money. I would spend it at the warehouse and i would buy a playstation game. I would go to the night and day and spend my money on an ice-cream. i would help mum with the tea so it doesn’t take a really long time to cook.

So, by helping mum do tea it teaches me how to cook tea when I am older. When I help around the house mum gives me $1.00 every week. I would help Dad do the firewood so it doesn’t take long.

I think chores are good because it helps you to not get told off by your parents.

My term three goals

My goals for term three are:

¨ To practise my speech really well so that I know it and can present it with confidence

¨ To use a clear, loud voice with lots of expression (an interesting voice) when I present my speech to an audience and in the school production

¨ To learn my 2, 5, 10 and 11 times tables off by heart

¨ To reduce the amount of rubbish I create and to become better at reusing and recycling

Hi my name is Kade and I am a year 3 boy in room 4 at Lawrence Area School. 

I am 7 years old. I go to Lawrence Area school. I am in room4. I am a year three I  like doing spats activator. I am good at handwriting because I have a slope sheet.

Term 2 Goals

¨ I want to give everything a go on school camp, and make the most of all opportunities

¨ I want to run further or faster every day when I am training for cross country

¨ I will use capital letters and full stops correctly as I write

¨ I will slow down when I read so that I understand everything I have read and can answer the questions correctly
